Cereal & Legume Flour Biscuit Preparation
This video, from November 2019, portrays the training of rural women on the preparation of biscuits with “Cereal+legume” flour. Four rural communes were represented: Mannè, Boussouma, Lebda, Korsimoro and Andintenga, and for each commune, two women, referred as “rural nutrition facilitators” participated.
